Shani Ryan graduated from the University College of Osteopathy (formerly the British School of Osteopathy) with a Masters in Osteopathy (MOst).
As a former professional dancer in London and Melbourne, Australia, Shani benefited from numerous osteopathic treatments throughout her career.
Following an ankle injury, she decided to study osteopathy with the goal of helping others experience the benefits that osteopathic treatment can provide.
Shani aims to build a good patient/practitioner partnership working closely with her patients to help restore health and wellbeing. She treats a wide range
of people and conditions incorporating manual therapy techniques, soft tissue massage, exercise prescription, self-management strategies and lifestyle
advice. Shani is fully registered with the General Osteopathic Council and is a member of the Institute of Osteopathy.
Carla graduated with a Masters degree from the University College of Osteopathy in 2012. After 4 years at university, she moved to Hove and set up Bright Osteopathy.
Since finishing her undergraduate studies, Carla has completed a foundation course at the Institute of Classical Osteopathy & has also completed a course in Western Acupuncture which is a modern adaptation of the traditional Chinese acupuncture approach. Carla uses these skills daily in her treatment approach.
Carla has also undertaken post graduate training in cranial osteopathy and other courses based around treating expectant mothers and paediatrics. During her spare time, Carla is a keen fitness enthusiast and loves walking along the seafront and exploring the South Downs.
